Lightbulb Fun Fact , 76/65 - 78/75 parts are interchangeable

I have a brand new ebay billet 7665 and ebay cast 7875 sitting here . Out of curiosity I wanted to see what was interchangeable and what was different . Everything is interchangeable . The CHRAs is exactly the same . If you take the billet wheel with compressor cover off a 7665 it will swap right over to a cast 7875. Or you could make the ultimate mismatched turbo, a cast 7865 .
The only things different are the back spacer housing and turbine shaft length to accommodate the back cover. Well and the other obvious stuff that is different sizes compressor cover , compressor and turbines . Thought Ide share time to put this stuff back together.

i can say for sure an on3 billet 7875 is not the same as a billet VSR 7875 and cast/billet wheels have different shaped compressor covers.

i'm down to mix and match and whatever gets the job done, but do a little research so you're not cussing out a box of chinese pot metal that wont fit

been there done that
