Default Dyno results on my non-intercooled D1 procharger

I'm running 9lbs of boost and pretty happy to have joint the 500rwhp club It made 508rwhp and 489rwtq. The graph was still climbing on the HP but I don't like revving my motor past 6k with a stock pistons and rods.

Impressive numbers. What pully setup are you using? I'm assuming with no intercoolers you can run a bigger S/C pully and achieve the same boost level. How did your IATs look? How are you controlling air temp and detontation? Congrats on the numbers.

I'm using the ATI crack pulley and the 3.2" blower pulley. I'm going to change to the MMS crank pulley and 4.0"blower pulley. I'm controlling the temps. by water/alky injections. It works great. My inlet temps drop right around 85 degrees.

Yah he is switching over pulleys because as we all know the stock ati setup sucks dirt.

the car hits 9psi around 5k and then just sits at that level until 6k.

hopefully with the MMS setup it will be a smooth pull all the way up to 10psi and with a little tweak here and there we hope for 520/500 and call it a day.

How are things coming along with the twin intercoolers? I should be on the road in 2 to 3 weeks joining the 700 plus rwhp club.

If you change your mind I still have the 8 rib pulleys for sale ( you will need a ATI -not ATI procharger- pulley.)

The intercoolers will be going in probably in the next 2 weeks. I'm trying to do a custom setup without the plastic airbox. Hopefully my idea will work. Than I will redyno to see the difference.
