Hsp alternator relocation belt size help 
So I’m working on my hsp v1 install. I thought I had the alt relocation right. Swapped the smooth pulley to the tensioner per the instructions. Ordered a 73” belt and it’s super loose. It’s a aluminum block so no need for the extra welded piece. Anyone give me some tips? Should I just goto a 71.5 belt? The tensioner is bottomed out as it sits.
