Turbo boost question

Turbo boost question Ive got a quick question on a turbo 5.3. This is my first turbo project as well as car project. The car has been started and running. The only thing i have to do is get my driveshaft. Its basically a sloppy build. My truck manifolds are flipped, etc. My question is when the car is at idle the turbo is spinning, but when i rev it up I cannot hear the turbo spool or any kind of noises. Just seeing if this is normal since the car isn't under load. Wastegate is referenced to turbo housing. Im trying to explain how I've got it setup. My camera is broke on my phone and i cant take pictures to help. Any thoughts/suggestions would be wonderful. Thanks.

Haha that's what I was thinking. Just making sure. I did a bunch of research on the forums for advice on setups to not ask repetitive questions thats been answered, but this one has got me a little stumped. Thank you.
