Am I understanding this correctly, Assembling the damper, I have 3 medium length bolts and 3 long bolts. Do The 3 medium length bolts hold the outter shell to the inner hub? then the 3 longer bolts hold the CBR pulley to the damper? Is this correct?

I cant remember exactly but i think the 3 longer ones were for holding the AC pulley on and the shorter ones were for the outer to inner hub connection. The CBR (or Procharger pulley) was mounted with short bolts.

What am I doing wrong?
Did you try swapping holes?

The three bolts in pic should slide all the way thru the front dampner portion. Thats why i think you need to rotate.

I have the same exact setup and mine had zero issues. I thought I had pics of me doing mine but I can't find them. I can try take a pic but the blower pulley is mounted.

There are only 3 other holes left and they are tapped (in the hub). I believe the 3 shorter bolts hold the CBR pulley on and thread into those 3 tapped holes.

My Procharger pulley came with its own bolts.

Bob @ Brute speed care to chime in? Maybe pm or email him. He responds VERY quickly and after hours support is awesome. Best customer service ever IMO.

Bobs been communicating with me on this issue but no resolution as of yet.

Does your AC pulley have (3) 3/8" tapped holes and (3) 5/16" tapped holes?? .....(pretty sure they are 5/16)

The guy at ATI told me that I need to use some washers to hold the longer bolts onto the CBR pulley (so they dont sit down in the large clearance holes)...or buy shorter bolts that will sit down in the clearance holes and wont bottom out on the AC pulley.
