Belt tension specification LSA?
Gates says my belt should be 280 ft/lbs using their belt tension gauge. It takes a LOT to hit that number. After the belt has seated, then it is 240 ft/lbs.
Manual is not an upgrade.
When you see how much a belt stretches and moves under load.....it's clear to see why a fixed tension setup is rubbish.

could create to much tension on the bearings. Going to prob be more trial and error
on tension, depending on boost, how much slip you might get. If to loose you might
see belt residue on the pulley. Start out loose and tighten until it no longer adds boost,
but not banjo tight.
