BOS is at the track.......
Dyno #'s: 462rwhp & 522rwtq w/10psi @5900rpms
Good Job BOS........

I have a question though . . . and I know that the online HP calculators are not perfectly accurate . . . but when I plug in 3650 and 11.09, the calcs say that you need approximately 529rwhp to do that . . . and if I plug in 3650 and 462rwhp, it says you can run a 11.57 @ 118. Am I missing something here?

I wonder how much boost he's making, I bet Bos will pick up a lot more as he tweaks his setup.
I'm making 10-11 psi consistently.......
Next up is the Griffin Intercooler, which should be here in a week or so.....I'm going to do the 3.2" blower pulley with the 51.5" belt along with that......that should give me a solid pickup, at that point I will be out of cash, and will have to scrap some checks to get a new shock and the swaybar deal fixed in the back........the battery is also getting relocated to the rear to clear for the FMIC piping.......the front bumper support is getting removed, along w/the windshield washer fluid stuff.....so that SHOULD make it slightly lighter up front....I'm still deciding on whether or not I should ditch the HVAC and what not.....
PSJ, thats the first baseline I've got since october 2002
I was a little upset when my car was 60' worse than it did on motor 2 years ago, but the last 2 passes I beat it.... The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
3650lbs and 121 mph is around 440rwhp. The 462 was SAE corrected so if it was hot day when he ran it will be a lower number so he is right in line with the dyno numbers..Congrats for getting it down the track, must be fun after so long a wait.
I would of liked to get a 10.9 before I got the boot, but it didn't happen, I'll be doing more track testing next month......and then october will be my month to shine

I couldn't adjust the right rear shock so it was squirly on that side.......
They way it was explained, it seemed like the BMR seay bar you had Speed Inc. put on, shifted over and was jammed up against the RR shock dial (?), this, along with the subsequent leak from the same shock, was the reason you couldn't "dial in" your suspension??? If that's the case, and the BMR sway bar that Tom and Larry put in for you DID in fact, shift over and hit the shock, wouldn't it be safe to say that the swaybar, or inproper installation of the swaybar may have caused the leak in the rear shock? If so, I would assume Tom and/or Larry would be more than willing to work with you on getting that taken care of...Not to say they installed it wrong, but your car was in there for a long time, getting a LOT of work done, maybe they missed something small????
Either way, great numbers, good to see you back out there again. Definate improvement over the cog setup as it seems. Now get that monster cam and big FMIC in there!
