Is there going to be any real difference in these two cam to make it worth spending the money?
I run the comp cam now it is the 54-480-11 specs are 227-223 @50 614-610 lift on 115
looking at the btr stage 1 twin turbo cam specs are 222-231 @50 602-598 on 112+4 this is what btr recommended.
I run a s475 t6 with a 115 ar now on a 370 about 14 lbs but over the winter plan to put twin 65/66 garrets on it hence why im looking at a twin turbo grind but these 2 cams arent much different.

"Twin turbo grind" almost always means its just a split pattern cam.
There isn't usually anything in particular special about most twin turbo cams.
Lots of companies will even market some of their more mild N/A cams as turbo cams.

You could probably stick with what you have and not notice the difference.

That BTR turbo cam will hang on longer at higher RPM. Didn't really see goals so hard to say if its worth the swap.

You already have a pretty healthy cam. I would just put it together and turn up the boost if you want more power. At a pressure ratio of ~2.0, you're just getting into the happy spot efficiency wise for most turbos, might as well let 'er eat.
