As far as what cam you can run, anything under an LSA of 114 and you will potentially bleed boost, not a good thing. I've heard people say the LS6 cam is good for turbocharged applications...maybe the same can be said for a supercharger.
6.0 L heads will lower your compression and allow you to run more boost. I don't know which cam would complement these heads or stock heads the best. I've heard people say that a custom cam should be used but without seeing any proven gains, I personally am cautious of going that route. I like to know what gains to expect before forking over the loot.
I've searched plenty of times and have had trouble finding specific information on what works for a given set-up. Maybe others with similar goals and experience can chime in to help ya out.
