Standard 3.25" pulley at 8# on a stock vehicle (dod) with only long tube headers and exhaust we picked up a little over 150whp. With supportive mods this application can support 650whp on a g8 gt/caprice!

Being non intercooled I'm curious, say you had a 200psi + meth pump and progressive controler, were you can set spray on at like 4psi and start at like 50% pump and ramp up. Spray like a 10gph right after the air filter for cooler discharge temps and make the unit seem bigger. Then spray 10gph pre iat sensor and tb. You could make your combustion chamber and timing happy and then the torqstorm be happy as well.
Just the cost of a good kit like alky control.
I just wish the air filter pipe setup was different.
This can be done if you wish. Just something else that can fail. A good air to air is worth the simplicity of the system.
As for the filter. It is no different than any of the standard rotation centrifugal kits on the market. The reason is with a good intercooler the pre charged air temps have little affect compared to other positions under the hood while moving.

what is the cfm flow of your charger?
trying to see the efficiency of the unit. Let's say non inc straint pipe to tb. On a 6.0 and say cam and headers making 420rwhp will 10# gain 225 hp. Let say fuel was 93* and few meth nozzles to combat heat!?
