Default What shop can do this....

What shop can fab me a 3.3L whipple twin Screw kit for my GTO. It can be a Air to water or air to air intercooled. It can moun in place of the intake or be a side mounted kit. Contact me if interested.

More than just that vid. I have been preaching the Twin Screw for a long time. What shops have a CNC machine?

I agree, I have always liked the twin-screw as well. It would be worth buying a GTO just so you can put one on there. Maybe Whipple themselves could do it?? Have you called them?? What do you think a well built LS1 could put down running max boost?

well over 700 rwhp from a 3.3L whipple. the 2.3L whipples on 03 Cobra motors are makin 700rwhp. A 3.3L whipple puts out the same CFM as a YS trim or a F1 procharger.

I remeber a post showing some one importing the starr kit for 11 grand. It was a kit with a IC, TB, blower, lower intake, tuning ect.... But The aussies sell the same kit for 6500-7000 us dollars down under. 7K plus 600 bucks to ship is far from 11.5K.

To be honest, that kit is designed well (from the looks of it). Any reproduction of it keeping it intercooled and having a similar pulley setup would be fairly expensive. We'd love to install that kit on your car tho!

Taxes are not going to add up to 11.5k!!!!

The 3.3L whipple can feed a motor of that size. It will have all the high end grunt of a cent. blower with better low end grunt than a twin turbo job. The TQ that a 3.3L Whipple supercharged 427 cid LS1 would produce would make dually deisel trucks blush.

When you guys finish my F1 Camaro SS we can look into that. Im trying to work out a price with larry on a Iron block 408 for the GTO.

What can you get that kit for. Starr performance returned my email and sait it would cost about 7500 bucks to sell me that kit but they need to sell it thru a vendor. Give them a call.

That wouldn't be driveable on street tires. Figure 1000+ torque just off idle.

Evil Turbo SS: You would be suprised. There are lots of duty fees, etc, when bringing stuff into the country. If you live in Canada and buy something for say 3000 dollars you can pay 1500 dollars in duty and taxes on it, easily.

Griffin can work with you on intercooling this project. We have similar stuff to the W-cars and ford lightning and saturn ion redline.....
