Default Exhaust Under Converter

Trying to get a 4in full exhaust and rather than try to run it under the frame rail area on the driver side, was thinking I jog it right and under the torque converter.

I have seen it done, but not sure how detrimental it will be for my trans/verter.

Thoughts?

Just wrap it or build a little heat shield and you should be just fine. The crossover pipe on my hooker turbo setup goes right under the converter
