Ok so first turbo build . 80 c10 ,Forged 5.3/ s480 clone , Holley turbo manifolds etc.... trying to get the turbo connected . Really wish I had gone with a different manifold , but I’m into it now . Check out the pics and tell me what you think ? Where I’m planning on putting it , not a lot of room for the filter, but we are thinking of cutting a hole in the support , should give us 9-10 in . Also gotta fig out wastegate placement . 60mm gate is pretty big. Not sure if there is enough room to put it on the elbow like I wanted . This is the first attempt
Thanks guys . I was waiting for someone to say, WTF are u doing? Lol. Now if I can fig out wastegate , I’ll be all set . Down pipe should be fine . I’m gonna trim inner fender and slip it under . Wanna put some kind of exhaust on it .

This was on my 86 C10, but I used a Fathler log manifold-I was able to snake a 4' down pipe, and with an Ace hardware 90 deg multi bend, stuff a large K & N filter on it. I have a build on here showing IC, etc with pics. I used a drivers side bat setup.

Are you planning on running it at that angle ? Pitched up ? That's the only thing I see could be an issue.
