I am subscribed to various LSX and Turbo sites. A couple of weeks ago I came upon a thread regarding log manifolds. I was reading down through it when one of the respondents posted a link to some promising looking and inexpensive log manifolds.
On a whim, I ordered a set. They arrived today and looked pretty good. It arrives.. opening the box... Two manifolds and two male/female Vbands, plus gaskets. Ports are nice and tidy. No slag or mismatch in the primaries like I've seen on some of the other manifolds in the past. Male/Female v-band flanges. Good welds! 1.75" primaries. 2.5" collectors.

I just got my bare block back from my machinist yesterday. I'll put a few studs in the block, slide the heads on and then put a few bolts in the manifolds so I can see how snug they fit in...

I've been buying those off ebay for years to fab turbo kits. Havent had any issues with them either, I like them! I got another style xspower set to chop cut reweld and those worked out as well, chinesium welded decent too and turns a nice color when you get some heat in it.
It's kind of strange how to navigate to it on their site, you have to click "Corvette", then "Manifolds" but when you get there it say both "Fbody" and "Not for any specific chassis".
Still waiting on Total Seal piston rings and rod bearings before I can assemble the engine , but after I get her put together, I'll try the manifolds with the engine in the car and note any specific issues , if any.

I know it's hard to determine from the angle of the picture but they appear to be 1.75". The manifold tilts on the table and I needed one more hand to simultaneously hold the manifold flange level, hold the tape measure across the aperture and take the camera phone picture.

When mounted down and forward, how a-symmetrical are the flanges? It looks like the flanges are at different angles, do you have any pics of them from the front in that orientation?
