How do you size a BOV?
More expensive than you think.
The entire drive train is built to handle a minimum of 1,000 WHP.
RPM Level VII 4L65/70e trans (deep pan, billet 2nd gear servo, HD 2 - 3 shift valve, billet input shaft, billet pump rotor, billet forward piston, billet overrun piston, micro-polished internal components, 300m output shaft)
Billet 8620 heat treated cone for automatic flexplate assembly, SFI flex plate, RM-8035 scatter shield bellhousing, Precision Industries 3,200 stall TC, PCS TCM-2000 trans controller, B&M trans cooler
RSD line lock
DSS 1,000 WHP propshaft, DSS Urethane couplers
RPM Level IV diff with Quaife gear torque biasing LSD, 3 series rotary for diff (Z06)
DSS RA5302X5 300M Level 5 1,000 HP axles
It was not cheap! I had the good fortune to buy it already built. I have a bunch of receipts. It is impressive.
At least I don't have to worry about the drive train.
