Running race gas or E85? The lack of intercooler could be a problem if not. I'd consider some water/meth inj pre-turbo if you don't run an IC. It will pull heat form the CC and a simple setup is dirt cheap.
I'd also consider dropping the jetting down to a 50 to start. Then only spraying from 6 to 7k or so. The issue is the giant cylinder pressure spike at the initial hit w/ nitrous. You really don't want that to activate near PK TQ (esp the 150shot). That's what tends to bend the gen3 rods and crush the ring land's. You also get more bang for your buck spraying N20 pre turbo. May pick up an additional 10-20whp just changing the location. Also while the nitrous does cool the air charge and make more power, it also adds oxygen to the CC. So regardless of the cooler charge temps it will burn hotter in the cylinder and make the engine more likely to detonate.
See that massive initial spike around 4800 where they spray this 4.8 with a 125? That's super hard on a gen3 rod... Esp if your already in boost and making good power.
Could see some meth pre turbo helping. But from a cooling standpoint you want the N2O at the end of the list.
I had my EFI system add the fuel for my pre turbo N20 setup and simply added an AN fitting to the intake pipe pre turbo. You would need to add a fogger nozzle to the intake tract in some way to get the fuel fogged in there too. May be more trouble than its worth with your setup since you already have the plate.
I'd worry about overall charge temp and detonation without decent gas or a healthy amount of water/meth or straight meth. I'd avoid the nitrous unless I had the good gas in as well.
Yes, you'd use the SS N20 pills to jet the meth if you used the plate for meth inj. You would need to know the system pressure, then the nozzle orifice size to help guess what size jet you'd need. It would take some math and research. Would need a fuel solenoid rated for meth as well.
