M122 Ebay Supercharger
I'll definitely be looking to mackdaddyparts for some accessories if I can get the project kicked off.
The cost of the adapters negates any savings on the supercharger. I watched Richard's YouTube videos, and while this is cool and something new especially without having to change the front drive accessories there is nothing low buck about this swap. The superchargers are around $800 on eBay now and $1400 for adapters, plus all the little things add up to doing an Lsa swap or saving money and doing a vs racing turbo setup.
Yep your right, I saw a supercharger for $355 the day he posted his video and now I can’t even find one lol... and your right a LSA setup isn’t much more once you add in the adapters

The adapters are what they are and not gonna get any cheaper. They are crazy complicated to make. I just didnt expect to have this much of an impact and drive radical prices. On to the next thing and learn from this one.
For the record, these blowers use Laminova intercooler cores which are more efficient than the brick style cooler cores that are used on other GM superchargers. The little Cobalt blower used the same cores.

I agree, and if anything you know that you did your job because the market price of the superchargers increased. Not a coincidence that you came out with the adapters and Richard did that video recently.
If I saw this setup before I did my LSA swap I might have gone this route. I like different and when you guys first made the adapters available it probably could've been a much cheaper alternative. It's really too bad that the prices have gone through the roof for them. I commend you for creating this thing it looks like a pretty complicated piece and you guys did an amazing job. If you've got the ability to do this setup maybe you can find another setup in need of adapting. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
I just picked up one of these blowers. I paid way too much for it. BUT it is NEW and there are a lot of expensive used LSA blowers. I will recoup some money if I sell my FAST 92. Eventually we are all going to have to buy the Mack Daddy parts for these, even us cheap bastards. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to get this into an f-body. I have a parts car I may cut the cowl and see if it fits or try it in another platform. I didin't know I needed to machine the bottom. What is the cost to have it machined and sent back? What injectors can you run if you have the stock fuel rails (I have some Deka 60lb)? I am going to buy the adapters first to check fitment, then I will also need the remote TB adapter for my 92mm. Does anyone know if I can shave the top of the blower? I will do a write up and Youtube video with my success/failure. I just had to have this S/C....LOL
Unfortunately for Mac Daddy its only a matter of time before the CAD file for these adapters ends up in Beijing on Mr. Lee’s desktop.
When the copy kat kings start spitting these things out for pennies on the dollar, MacD’s stock of pretty $1300 cnc adapters will become $200 paper weights, just like what happened with the LSA adapters.
I wish this wasn’t the case, but its hard to compete against slave labor, when we need $15/hr just to eat here in the states.
