Eric Derr was pretty great to deal with. He did alot of testing for the Matt Happel as well. He called me right back and chatted awhile. I'd use him again.

I got his info from here...

Had talked to him in the past but with him being in Hawaii and the ups fedex usps being so screwed up right now I prefer to be more in the continental 48 as I have two items that haven't showed up since mid November. Otherwise I agree he was good

Thanks for the info I sent them off to him and he has gotten them done and sent off in a matter of 5 days. Excellent guy to talk to and very quick to respond about the injectors. I sent him 20 injectors 80lb dekas and 210 boschs. Highly recommend this guy. Thanks again

Where did you get your 220's? What version? Short/long? Let us know how they did when the sheets come back.

thanks!

I purchased these from this ebay dealer back in 2019 and just wanted them refreshed after a couple years. They are true boschs and Eric said that out of the ten I sent him only one was below 220 and it was 219 LOL. at the time I bought these he was only $410 for 10 of them he is 64.99 each now and they come from Latvia but the shipping was quick like 10 days. WIll post the sheets when I receive them. And they were the short ones. BOSCH Gas injector CNG fuel type 210lb 2200cc NGI-2-K 0280158821 | eBay

Dang, $520 now! lol... The have caught on to the demand of these bad boys... I remember paying $34 shipped per injector back before they were popular form the latvia sellers on ebay. They have these new Ev1 style longer injectors now with the standard ev14 connectors vs the denso ones. I picked up a set for the latest build from smartfire injectors on ebay. They were on sale for 450 shipped with spacers.

Eric said he's had good luck with them and not to bother sending them into him if they are new. So I guess I'll roll with them. Has me a little nervous. SMARTFIRE claims these are genuine bosch injectors.

Understandable with all the knock boschs out. I bought another set from Latvia and put them in the car for now till the others come back to see if there is any difference. But I'm sure I wont notice anything unless I am at the track and then who knows maybe nothing to tell but I am putting another engine together so it will be nice to just pull and install a complete motor and not have to do swapping of parts.

UPS and Fedex has been good it was just USPS and I think that was just because of the holidays as things are good now with them.

I have actually had good luck cleaning them myself. The key I found was to be able to actuate/open them with a 9v battery.

Used a couple of spare terminals, few inches of wire to the battery.

Can then use an aerosol can of carb or brake clean from the top and spray through them until the pattern becomes uniform. Works surprisingly well.

Can’t flow test them though obviously.
