All that time and money for 8 turbos and they skip out on the only thing everyone wants to see. An intake manifold with 8 individual intake runners and inlets and the turbos isolated to each cylinder. If you're going to waste money do it with some style.

Perhaps, seems aimed at the skinny jeans and latte crowd.

Is it though? Some things can be proven without seeing it through. For $3000 he could have built a setup that looked and performed much better considering a single VSR 78mm dicks that squidtastic setup

A 5.3l is 662cc per cylinder. Not saying it would be a walk in the park, but there are throttle bodies around for 600-700cc fuel injected single cylinder engines that some gear head I'm sure could make work somehow.

They have ITB kits, be easy enough to fit one of those if you really wanted to try it.

Then how could you add intercooling without a sort of direct port methanol injection for each runner?

You dont need an intercooler for the peasant power this creation generated.

You have to wonder what the point of the exercise was supposed to be.
Max power? Obviously not.
"Even pressure distribution"? An answer to a non-existent question.
Exotic factor? Huh? uhh.. no.
Demonstrate a monumental waste of money to attract our hallowed "Curated Content" editor who usually knows jack about in-depth automotive anything.? BINGO
