I don’t think I’ve ever had a video to post.

Not a PB, but was just nice to let her rip a bit.

Nice pass for sure. What a great day in the PNW. Wish I could have spent it at the track.

It was. Sure glad we have Woodburn as an option. Couple of guys went to PIR last Eve and it was a joke.

You are just across the river river from me. Have we met?

yes sir. Couple times at PIR.
Been a while since I made a pass in my Formula. (Black, twin turbo.)
Last time we spoke was when I was renewing my license which was around 2017?
And I have been following your Vette build.

L33 5.3. 76/87 mm BW.

I drive it to and from the track. It drives around nice. Not the most comfort laden car though. So it’s basically a street driven race car.
And thanks!

Hey Ron! Wow! Long time no hear! So funny to hear that you went out in the Nova, because I have had my car sitting for over 2 years. And I just ressurected it this weekend as well. My run(s) were not as glorious. Knocked out a bunch of 5.80's. But 1 of my fuel pumps had gone bad it seems from sitting for 2 years. Fixing that up now, and should be back at it full force. Glad you were able to get back out again and have some fun! Hope all is well.

i would love to man, just don’t know if I will be able to. I have a 408 that needs to go in the formula and the ls7 will go in my vette. So lots of work to be done before I can make a pass.
plus it has been so long everything will have to be replaced as far as safety gear. Even the cage cert is expired. So time and money......winning the lottery would help with both.

Car is on the road . Been driving around getting my street manors and cold start dialed in then I’ll start with a little boost. My 17-0 converter is a lot looser than a 15-0 . Glad to see some good runs from your nova . Gives me hope for mine

Very cool! Maybe good things come to those who wait? I was right there. 5.67-5.82. Shook hard on my last pass, not enough air in the tires. But did go 154.
Hope to hear more progress from your car.

I hear ya on the budget. Being retired, I keep it skinny. Never been a credit card racer. I make a little money tuning, so that helps.
Took me all summer to put the 6.2 in the Vette. I got one speed on mechanical work and it’s damn slow!
Good luck on both projects!

It’s going to be a sweet ride. Love those cars.
I also have a 17-0 I think. It drives around fine. What EFI are you running? I have a feeling not many running the stock stuff like me any more.
