Since the other vehicle is 92% done, I bought this. 1979 C10 roller on an 03 awd escalade chassis. Will have 2012 lc9 with PRC 243's, Speed inc TU1.5 cam, Huron speed t4 kit with a borg t4 s480. Built 4l80e. Just ordered a converter from FTI. Transfer case is NP149 with a resplined input (how do they do that?????????????).I have a super nice stepside bed to replace what is on the truck now. Yes the transfer case was clean when I brought it in and the wife was not home.
Make it make 1000+whp and leave the exterior the way it is lol.
I was going to shoot for 900 awhp. The current bed has no floor and the tailgate is welded shut. I will need to use it as a truck occasionally, so found a nice stepside bed. The stepside bed will be mulitcolored as well.
So I took a break from making stupid **** go fast. And its finally almost done. I need tires. The crap tires on the factory Escalade 17x7.5 wheels are 225/55s. Any suggestions on budget sticky tires? Thanks!
