Default Smallest pulley

2010 Corvette, LS3, non ported 823 heads, trunnion kit, cam, 1 7/8th lt headers, no cats, 3" exhaust, V-2 H/D Ti, 7.625" crank pulley.

What is the smallest blower pulley that will run without slip issues? Standard pulley, no cut or gripped.

Thanks!

I am using a Gates RPM now. Not seeing any slip that I know of. Looking for how small of a pulley would not have slipping issues.

What size blower pulley are you running?

V-2 Ti CSC blower.

2.75 10 rib doesn't slip with the right tensioner. Never used anything smaller than a 2.75. Get it sandblasted for better grip, sandblasting isn't as aggressive as those aftermarket coatings or cutting and is about $20 bucks at any machine shop.
