Think of it like this that small pump will pull a vacuum on a coke can pretty fast but not a nitrous tank. An engine just produces to much air for a small electric pump like the size your describing.
How about a well vented system so excessive case pressure cannot build up, along with a constant running elelctric vacuum pump, maybe put two of them on it?

You can also if your running exhaust without cats, put check valves in the header collectors and they will pull vacuum if you connect one to each valve cover,, totally not smog legal, and some tracks may have issues if they notice.. (In a rollover you can dump oil in the exhaust... ) But it worked really well back in the day.. A lot of high performance boats did this as well.. But bad for obvious reasons.. LOL It also can work with one after the turbo but the valves have to be good stainless ones or the heat will kill them.

Morose makes a decent kit. It's just call a morose crankcase evacuation kit.

I personally have use the mighty mouse canister and it worked great. I'd recommend that before I went the exhaust evac kit. I've seen the exhaust evac kit work good and not work for **** so it's a crap shoot especially on a street car.

Does the MM canister pull vacuum or do you just mean the MM oil catch can?

The mighty mouse can I used had a pcv valve built into the can and used engine vacuum to operate it. Never had oil in the intake. Worked great.

You think the MM can with engine vacuum is enough for 1000+ RWHP boosted set ups?

I had an LSX376 on 18 pounds was easily bumping 1000rwhp and the MM can kept it all in check no problem and I put a ton of miles driving 145 mile round trip 5 days a week and racing every weekend for 2 years.

The electric pump idea is a non starter. A big enough one to do anything at WOT would be far too much at low speed. This would require a controller of some sort. This would need a sensor of some sort. long story short, you would end up with a overly heavy and complicated system in place of a vacuum hose. When in doubt, simple is better.
