Twin Turbo setup

Twin Turbo setup
I think I will sell my Vortech s-trim and get two 70mm turbos. They are rated @ 800hp each. Does this mean the car can produce 1500hp @ the motor? What kind of boost am I looking at, 347cid full race, ported large heads, ported intake, 80mm TB and a shot of 50-75hp NO2. Also a Nitrous Express intercooler spray bar kit (Cools Intercooler). Turning 6500rpm redline. About how much does all the piping and plumbing and labor cost with a twin turbo setup?
I'll probably run C16 or Turbo Blue race gas. Holley EFI Computer.
=Thanks Everyone

They can certainly do 1200whp, gonna need to run 30PSI or so on a 347 (what compression?). I don't see a need for N2O save the money and get a better intercooler. I'd turn it way higher than 6500, power will still be climbing at that point.
Piping and plumbing can be as cheap or as expensive as you want. I'm a fan of the ebay turbo manifolds to start the hotside, fit well on every car I've installed them on and under $250 with vbands. From that point forward decide if you want to support the turbo with something like a maven mount or you want the piping to support the turbo, factor in good gate placement. I've used the $60 50mm ebay gates on multiple builds and boost is on a rope in all the setups. So you can have a functioning setup for fairly cheap or you can buy $1500 manifolds and $600 gates, totally up to you.
Why not E85, seems pretty popular in Texas and way cheaper than having to run race gas.
