Default Which TVS2300 kit?

I need some help figuring out which TVS2300 kit to order that will best fit my application. I called Magnuson and apparently they don't offer a TVS2300 direct bolt kit for a 2004 Silverado, they told me my only option was a TVS1900 but I know it can be done.

How are you guys putting 2300's on these year trucks?

I'm going to be using a LQ4 and can use the cathedral to rectangle port adapters or find some rectangle port heads.

I would like to keep the truck accessory spacing and truck water pump so I am not sure if the jackshaft Camaro version of the TVS2300 01-23-60-173-BL will be the best choice.

I was looking at 01-23-60-025-BL kit designed for the 2015-2019 2500 6.0 trucks but wanted to ask before I ordered something that won't work.

Another one of my concerns is I have been out of the loop as to when and what applications they started using direct injection and would prefer to order a kit with injectors I can use.

I'd call up the dudes at BoostDistrict and see what they have to say.

So according to the gentleman I spoke to at BoostDistrict my options for blowers larger than a 1900 include the “Heartbeat” 2300 and the LSA blower. He said they have the pulley to make them work on the truck accessories but of coarse require the head adapters. I know power is power but I’m not a fan of how the LSA blowers look. I’d really like to know which 2300 blower they used on this truck.

That looks like it might have been an older TVS2300 Radix kit. Looking online it looks like that kit was maybe discontinued. They still make a similar looking headunit for ls3s so that might be an option.

Try Superchargersonline.com

If anyone would have a kit for the TVS2300 they would as they have a direct connection to Magnuson (many of the guys there used to work for Magnuson). Their website is always out of date so you'd be better off calling them.

That said, Magnuson has discontinued a lot of the kits, like the kits for the GTO, starting with 2022 so you may be out of luck.

I have what would most likely work on a truck. TBSS complete Magnuson 2300 Cathedral with 8 rib innovators West 8 rib. I’ve been meaning to put it on my wife’s 9-7x Aero for a while. It’s covered up in the living room. I don’t know if I would sell it necessarily but it would not be hard to make a TBSS blower go on a truck since the spacing is right

An LSA blower is a 1.9L blower. Same as 1900. The C6 Vette ZR1 blower is a 2.3L or TVS 2300.

I spent a ton of time researching this for my H2. The problem you're running into are the cathedral port heads. I only found 1 place to get the 2300 for cathedral port heads but I've long since lost the website. Use a truck year with the 6.0 and rectangle port heads in your search and there are many options. SUperchargersonline also sells a bottom plate for any blower to use on cathedral port heads.

See link: https://superchargersonline.com/prod...-manifold-tub/

Or you can switch over to a Whipple and find them fairly easy.

If the belt line is the same as a 5th gen Camaro then all you need to do is order a 2300 Hot Rod kit with a cathedral port intake.

I recently purchased this combination direct from Magnuson.

You can also order it from superchargers online like previously mentioned.

Yesterday I called Superchargers Online which ended up being the most helpful thing I've done so far. We discussed my application/ what I use my truck for and what my boost goals are. I was pretty set on the Eaton because that's what I have used in the past and most familiar but apparently they no longer make anything bigger than a TVS1900 for the cathedral port. After some careful thought I placed an order on the Whipple kit that uses a W140AX head unit. It's 2.3 liter like the TVS2300, but a direct bolt on. Lead time is 12-16 weeks but that will give me some time to get the LQ4 put together for it.

I know I'm reviving an old thread here, but I am facing the same thing with the modified 6.0 in my 2003 1500 2wd Suburban. My assumption was I could buy a good, used 2300 Maggie with the correct truck/camaro spacing which would undoubtedly have the square port tub. Then purchase: this

Is there something I'm missing here? I would love to know if this has been tried by someone else. It's a little pricey, but if I can avoid the adapters, well worth it.
