The car is running on e85, 14psi and I just double-checked the logs 12.5* of timing.
1st pass was 3000rpm 2-step 0psi launch off the brake
2nd pass was 3000rpm 2-step 1psi launch off the brake
3rd pass was 4000rpm 2-step 10psi launch off the brake
4th pass was the same as the 3rd just backing it up 1st pass 2nd pass 3rd pass 4th pass

What is your RPM through the traps with the 3.50 gears?
Assuming the fueling is good, it sounds like you can crank some more timing in it to run even quicker

Wow. Nice. definitely respectable runs for a SBE. May be on borrowed time though. I suggest setting up a boost controller to limit boost off the line to help eliminate that hard launch. Smooth that out and it will help 60' and the overall run. Yes it's cool to pull the wheels for show, but doesn't help the go when it's bouncing. I see a 9.5ish in the future though.
RPM is right around 6000 - 3.70s would have been better but without overdrive cruising would have sucked.
Duty cycle is 80% - I think I'm close to tapping them out. I could play with the alcohol content and push them a little further- fuel is reading 74%, so 60-65% would give me a little more to work with.
Couple more clicks in the shocks will calm the wheelie even more. I went 3 clicks tighter on the fronts between passes 3 and 4, and it made a huge difference. I've got the Holley boost control wired/plumbed and have played with it a little, but in the end, I said screw it and stuck another spring in the gate to get to 14psi. One less thing to deal with on the first time out.
I love how no one has any love for the sbe ls1. Let's say this one owes me nothing and I have an L33 ready to go. I'm not saying it'll live forever but it's definitely not on borrowed time.
12.5 degrees at 14 lbs. definitely has room to go w/ E85, I'm running 12.5 degrees at 10 lbs. on pump swill right now lol.

I wouldn't say no one has love for a sbe LS1, they just have a pretty solid track record of checking out around 650 wheel.
Congrats on the pass, now stuff the L33 in it, and sell that LS1.
