Another 78/75 goes 9s

It's making enough steam and fat enough that the 15-0 failing back to 5400 on the shift, which is way better than I thought it'd be.
Best of luck, sounds like it has room to grow!
80s need to go - they can’t keep up at 16psi. Hopefully I can pick up some 210s soon, but I might wait for Black Friday.
I need to try 6.5-7 quarts of oil in the pan to see if helps combat the oil pressure from tanking at the launch. It’s got the improved racing baffle on it, and had been fine until the 1.3 60ft.

7 quarts fixed the oil pressure drop or I should say it drops to 40psi and then recovers - that's liveable in my book.
The car will go 1.36 60ft and print 10.0x @135 slips all day on 14psi
I was able to get the bump/creep working and focused on hitting the tree on a couple of passes, and ended up with a .001 light, I just need to focus on the tree and trust the car.
I put 15* of timing in it and it responded - it went 9.90@136.9
On the last pass, I tried leaving at 4400 instead of 4000 and it was too big of a move on a marginal track and did not work out.
Comes in way quicker too.
I've been told power windows don't work and the fuel gauge won't work and other odd stuff.
I chose to remove the factory computer/dash and used a terminator x with the 6.86 Holley dash. A/c was gone so I ditched heat while I was in there too, made sure I had plenty of room to mount the terminator x behind the dash. My gas gauge is configured in the Holley dash with the stock sender.
I didn’t see the point in spending hours trying to integrate the 20 year old factory stuff.
The only thing I miss is cruise control and for how much I drive it, it really hasn’t been an issue.
The data Holley provides pretty much pays for itself in my opinion. I’d say I might have made 4-5 hits on the street with Holley on 7psi Roughed in the fuel table made a couple hits on the street at 14psi and then took it straight to the track. 3rd pass it went 9s.
I know it’s expensive, it’s a cry once and smile every time you fire it up.
I've got all kinds of inputs I'd love for the Holley to control plus the fail safes are nice. (A2W pump, trans. cooler fan, dual fuel pumps, etc.)
It seems like an excellent value once you tally everything up versus a stock computer.
