Default Holley Midrise lower intake single injector

Hi all,
I am needing a lower intake for a supercharger build (m112 on a gen iv 4.8), and I cannot find one thats just single injector. Am I missing something?
Thanks everyone!

Are you talking about the low ram or the mid ram?

I was looking for either…i found a mid at jegs for $473 so i bought it. But after taking into account a spacer so i can run the factory garrett intercooler, its going to be wayyy to tall. Back to the drawing board, i guess ill use the mid on a different vehicle with more room.

Spoiler!

yep thats it….but i dont think that will help much. With the factory intercooler and the lightning tbody tube, it measures at 19”…that will be about 6” above my hood🤣.
that low ram might reduce it by 2”, not enough.
thank you though

Just go with an LSA supercharger. In the end, they really don't end up costing that much more. Plus it just works.

so here’s the thing…this is NOT a racecar.
at first, i was going to do a turbo. I bought a s369, intercooler, blah blah. Started to assemble so of it, and decided against it just to no room for the downpipe, unless I want to delete a bunch of stuff.

been looking at the lsa’s, but bu the time I purchase one, then the lid, then the $1500 adapter plates, i might as well buy someones “correct” used take off edelbrock or mag. At first glance the lsa seems cheap, until you have to buy everything else to go with it.

i had the m112 i had gone through a few years back, sitting on the shelf. I can use it, but i wont be able to use the factory intercooler, it just makes it too tall. I went ahead and bough the midram lower intake, so maybe Ill try it with w/m and no intercooler.

or revisit the turbo. Its just so tight in there with all the heater hoses and A/C lines on that side.

What are you putting it in?

I've seen an LSA (maybe had some work done to it) go 9.70s in a G8 so assuming they can make near 800rwhp? I could always ask her what her combo was back then.

Nice thing about the LSA, the power is always there, linear.

Cons I assume it tops out typically between 600-700rwhp.

Turbo from personal experience is not plug and play whatsover unless someone makes a kit for it.

So this one is a lifted 2006 Envoy Denali XL. Being the long one, it has rear heat and a/c, so I have all those A/C and heater hoses on the pass side to deal with. There just isnt anywhere for a downpipe over there unless I did away with all that. I have a couple of those cheap cast turbo manifolds from ebay that everyone runs, but that puts it right where my pass side upper control arm/strut tower is. I have various manifolds i can cut up, but the problem is the d/p.
i thought about moving the PCM and running the d/p on the drivers side, right above the front diff, but it would be tight between the frame and the ps pump.
Cant do a fender exit on this thing, lol. I “could” take it outside the frame on the pass side then come down and back under into the frame (there is a spot where that might work), but thats alot of bending and finagling a 3.5” pipe.
A/C pump and 4x4 actuator are on the lower pass side, and the motor mounts on this thing are really big and dorky the way they designed it, with the frame rails being straight, so the mounts have to have brackets and the biscuit style insulators, so they take up alot of space.

Headers are available, and there is plenty of room on top, so there the supercharger makes sense. Ive got this good m112 and i already bought the midram. It would all work if i didnt run the intercooler. But I am looking for around 500 ft lbs of torque, hopefully as early as 4500 rpm. So thats why i went with the smaller s369. It already has 3.73’s, but I may change them to 4.10’s, since Ill be running 33’s. But im not gonna change if I do the turbo.
These come with the aluminum 5.3’s, but I end up pulling those and putting in cammed 4.8’s and a re-gear, then sell the alum 5.3 to help fund more. (I used to have like 12 of them, you can buy them cheap with trans issues or 4x4 issues).

i have a 67 c10 sb stepside, a few sb squarebody’s, and a 83 hurst olds (all roller projects), so im not too worried about buying parts and trying something, i can always use it on something else. I just need to get this thing done, im on the verge of burnout, i have been on it too long. From rebuilding the engine to lifting it, to still needing to finish the 4l80 swap, to the stereo setup, its just taking too long. But i am keeping this one, it will be our long distance trip taker/camper puller. Hence the 4l80 and wanting power. Havent picked a converter yet, probably go with a circle d of some sort to keep the budget. Its a stock 10:1 gen iv 4.8 rebuilt with a edelbrock rolling thunder cam 2216 and headstuds, 862 heads with howards springs. I have bronze trunnions but didnt put them in, this cam isnt crazy.
