Default 376 lsx twin torque storm boost issues

Hey guys I'm at a loss here. What I have is a b15 lsx 376 with twin torque storm supercharges on a water to air setup. The issue I'm having is with both supercharger hooked up the car is lazy and makes 4 to 5 psi untill 5000rpm, at 5000 rpm its instantly make 16psi blows the tires off and hits recline. It's literally undrivable this way. When I hook up either supercharger on there own it's makes a solid 8 psi and runs great, there are no boost leaks fueling is great either way, and I'm on a holley 3 bar map, using terminator x. I have tried closing off the bypass valves completely. Thus changed absolutely nothing, and I have checked about ten times that the superchargers are going the right directions. I'm absolutely at a loss and don't know what to try next. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Can you post up the tune, and a data log?
Are they on the same belt? I've never seen twin superchargers.
Where is your source at for the bypass valves? Do they come off a T with equal length hoses? How about some pics of the setup as well?

Hey there the belts are separate runs each supercharger has its own, both belts have 3/4 wrap on an 8rib setup, source for the valves now is each valve has its own port drilled into the holley high ram with 3/8 line and 3/8 bulkheads in the valves themself, was something i thought the issue was so tried to make sure that cant be the issue, and also fully pinned the vavles closed and it was no different that way as well, ill attach the files as a zip, it wont let me directly attach them for some reason, i know in this tune file it has alot of timing in it just testing timing to try and get it to build boost lol didnt fix it

Clean truck-He's on Drag Week now, but Steve Morris has done some of the dual Torq Storm setups, he may have some tips. I think Richard Holdener has a couple vids also. Almost sounds like one is trying to cancel out the other, like fuel pressure and boost. Curious if you have tried rem. the air filters. One of my Procharged cars didn't like an air filter right off the hit, maybe a low air vol., or rest. But it would get better with engine speed.

Yeah that seems to make the most sense. Seems like they are slipping.
