Default Turbo oil Feed/Return Lines sizing help.
Hey fellas, i bought myself a S475 and i am being told a 1/8th NPT feed and 10AN drain is insufficient to keep the turbo alive. I am being told i need a 16AN drain and 6AN feed... is this true or am i being played?
Engine is a LM7 5.3

Like a fiddle.

I should add, I have an 80mm 1/8 feed and -10 return.

I Tee my twins into a single-10 into the oil level port which is below the oil level.

Works perfectly

I am using a -10 return, S485.

-4 feed, 1" i.d. drain never any issues. My drain is just high temp oil resistant hose, and a few stainless hose barbs robbed from an old sprayer pump.

-4 feed with restrictor and 1/2 OD (.411 ID) solid aluminum tube. 3 years, No issues. I chose solid aluminum tube cause I wanted some of the heat in the oil reduced before it enters the sump.
