Any twin turbo set-up can give you 500 whp with no mods. Even the smallest turbo kits start around 600hp at the crank. That will give you 500hp at the wheel. Huron Speed and On3 are the more popular turbo kits. Either one would work.
Before you try to run that much boost, you really should take the engine apart and open up the ring gap. A small turbo cam or truck cam will help too. The cam will make it easier to reach that hp with less boost.

Other than the things you need like WG, BOV, oil feed/return, plumbing boost control/reference, I think you should add in a Melling oil pump.

Bone stock L33 with valvesprings/injectors and single Ebay 7875/Huron Kit at 12psi and I believe I'm over 500 since I trapped at 123mph in full weight car with AC. Stock 4l60e stock diff still. Just the single turbo, supporting parts and tuning, basically effortless and probably super reliable. Time will tell.
