TH400 is longer so the driveshaft will change too unless you can cut it down. I'm running a rebuilt TH400, RMVB and a VRN driveshaft (Lake Bluff). VRN supplies Strange.
yeah, it’s Jerry! Have you worked with him at all? I’d just get a new upgraded shaft. Forget cutting it. I reached out to Carl palminteri for my trans needs. I just want to buy it once and be done with it

I got some tires off him one time, nice guy.

So if you get it together with the DS and TH350 you have it's fine, but if neither is build I'd rather not beat on that stuff and just have it in place for driveabilty and tuning.

Don't forget adding a DS loop when it's all done. Sounds like a kiler car.

Thing about intercoolers, you don't need one on E85 to make a lot of power. But with one you might make another 10-30% depending on your combo.

Once the inlet air temps climb to 170 and higher tuners will generall start pulling timing to keep it safe, same as any car. Just like a PD blower car like a 5th gen, at some point the IATs get so high a lot of timing is pulled and it's noticeably in those setups.

the th350 is built but I’m not sure it’s built to the level it would need to be for the power level this car will be at. Jerry said the e85 will run cool so it won’t have the knock problems 93 has. Im assuming he’ll run it on the dyno and see what temps it shows signs of knock at and go from there? Like I said Jerry knows his **** so I’m good with whatever he recommends. You can tell when the timing was pulled on the whipple. It became soooooo slow and didn’t even feel like it was forced induction anymore.

I'd be an advocate of swapping the trans/ds on a planned basis not because it broke.
