The pulley arrangement will take some thought, the picture attached isn't what I currently run.
I had to add an idler above the tensioner because at high rpm it would toss the belt.
Plus I don't have P/S either, just runs the alternator.
You can select the activation temp for the water pump as well as the fans and since it uses a sensor for water temp, a thermostat isn't required.
For my setup the water pump kicks on first and cools things off a bit, then one cooling fan ramps in, then the second if needed.
It's also programmed to run for a few minutes after shutoff knocking down heat soak or if you need to cool down between rounds.
It's a pretty slick little setup.
