Don't know , heads were pressure tested? Block decks are flat ? Can you narrow it down to a cylinder by the plugs? That will be difficult with newish plugs but maybe worth a try and while they are out you could try to put shop air in the cylinders and see if any goes into the coolant - it's not near running cyl pressure but it may show something

Tommy I replied on PT.net as well, go check the HG orientation. Make sure you are not the victim of mis-labeled gaskets and that the tabs on the bottom of HG's are towards the front of the motor.

I'm fairly close to that, im in Prairieville. Ill do the leak down test and see where that gets me. I've talked to a few guys I know and everyone is pretty much telling me the same thing, do the leak down test. I wouldn't mind having a good contact in the area tho.

You sure the exhaust isn't fuel? If it held 15 psi all night but you really do have coolant getting into the exhaust then it sounds like a block or head issue that only shows up when warm, assuming the new head gaskets are good. But if its not overheating I'd get some miles on it and see if your coolant level is disappearing.

Hmm seems to gave stopped, I ran it for about an hour without the radiator cap and the bubbling stopped so hopefully it was air and I tasted the liquid coming from exhaust and it didn't taste like coolant or fuel, really it tasted like water but it also stopped

Well I think my luck may have finally turned around, I just took the truck on a 45 minute joy ride and it ran beautifully, no check engine light, temperatures look good(didnt overheat), afr look good, no water in exhaust. Fingers crossed but I might just be ok

Man this thing is going to be a ripper once I get the settings on this turbosmart eboost street boost controller dialed in, 40 mph roll a little more then half throttle it smoked the tires and pulled out pretty well. I had my overboost set at 15psi and the spi at 20 so the boost was around 7 psi. This afternoon I'll turn that duty cycle up a little, im aiming for around 14psi for now and we will see how that does.

Tuner told me don't go much over 14 psi, I'm at 13.9 so I guess I'm safe haha

Im on e85 and yeh things are looking much better. Im still going to put a better radiator and drill thd holes in the thermostat. Just for a little extra security. This weekend im going to let me tuner take a look at it again. Just to make sure everything looks good and next weekend the local track has TNT so I'll go try it out there
