On E85 dual 340’s and fic 1000cc injectors are good for 1000rwhp.

Im thinking of running a magnafuel because it has a new racetronix 255 in tank now?
1000 rear wheel is asking a bit much with this combination and pump gas honestly. I don’t see any mention of bottom end mods with the LS1 so that is a limiting factor as well even with the top end done as you have it. A more boost friendly cam would help keep things in check durability wise. A realistic goal with your combo is low 700’s on meth at below 20 psi with that 75 mm turbo.

Twin 340’s or triple 255’s with good wiring and obviously setting it up with an external regulator using stock lines will carry you pretty far. magnafuel will require a sumped tank. All of these things need to be carefully considered or you will be spending more money than needed. A 5.3 will take more punishment with its thicker bores. The LS1 unfortunately will not afford that reliably.

A nice quality, good flowing, and efficient intercooler plus a meth kit are two very important features that can not be ignored. You could do a cheaper A2W and get more out of it as well. I’m not trying to shoot you down in any way so please don’t take offense with my advice. This is coming from a realistic standpoint. Get a pump set up as mentioned, build it, and enjoy it. Set a goal/plan and stay away from the snowball.

Gjohnsonws6 no offense taken I appreciate the advice. The ls1 does have stock bottom end but I have a gen 4 6.0 I'm building with forged pistons
I'm going to swap in but want to run the turbo set up on the ls1 until I'm done building the 6.0. The l000 rwhp will be on the 6.0 shortblock built for boost. The stock fuel lines will support 1000 rwhp?

As for intercooler I'm going to get a 4 inch thick air to air intercooler with 3 inch aluminum pipe and its going to have a 4inch fender exhaust.

Good that you have a back up then. Yes the stock lines will support that with gas or E85.

Hotside just about done most of the welding is done. Only thing left is adding 2 wastegates, 1 02 bung and alittle more finish welding. Next on the list is to notch alittle of the subframe on pass side so i can unbolt the hotside without removing the manifold. Than I will order parts to fab up the coldside.

Started fabbing coldside, little trick to make bead in coldside piping after you cut pipe use a pair of electrical crimp pliers moon side up and crimp all the way around the cut side of pipe. Works pretty well. Still waiting for my intercooler and have to decide where bov will go.
What's the best spot to put the bov?

Update got just about everything mocked up.
It was definitely harder to fit the t6 than I thought it would be not much room.
Let me know what you guys think only thing left to fab is the fender exit. Waiting on another 90 4 inch pipe.

Update got everything mocked up, downpipe finished and alternator relocated. Also welded the drain fitting into timing cover. I know that the balancer isn't pressed all the way onto crank didn't want to press it on for mock up. Also I know In these pics the belt rubs the water neck but I fixed that but forgot to take new pics. Next I will sandblast the timing cover, valve covers, intake and turbo housing and send them off for powdercoat. Than when tax return comes in will buy holley terminator x, digital dash and fuel system. Let me know what u think.

Start making plans now to get rid of that factory alternator.
Make room for a truck alternator at the very least, big fans and pumps will push the factory alternator pasts its limits very quickly.

Nice build, similar to what I'm doing except I went for an off the shelf Huronspeed T4 system. I will say, bang for your buck-wise, the complete F-body dual 340 fuel system from WS6Store gives you everything you need and then some. The only thing I'm adding is a Motion Raceworks flex fuel sensor holder with a dual flow path so I can plumb in my sensor in my feed line, which is -8. You won't need that on pump gas, of course. I went the Gen IV aluminum 5.3 route for an engine, because my LH6 block is one of the strongest factory blocks. 6.0s are known to get radial bore cracks with big power, especially with an overbore. Something to keep in mind for future plans.

Big update
Got parts back from powdercoating member here mealonwheels does great work. Painted engine bay with por15, high temp painted and wrapped hotside etc. Only a few things left now need to get new turbo lines cause the ones I bought were too short. Got the holley terminator x all wires up and the rear battery just have to clean up the wiring a bit. Need to buy injectors and install my fpr and convert evap to return. Here's a bunch of pics let me know what u guys think.
