Is this turbo big enough to support 500 - 550 Horse power from a 6.0?

1 or 2 of them?

I'm sure some t3/t4 hybrids go to 55+ lb/min, but the exhaust side would be way too restrictive for a single application on a 6.0.

If your running a single T3 then I would advise not to. A T3 flange simplky can't flow that kind of volume of exhaust gas for a 6.0L motor. The back pressure will be way to high at high boost levels and you will go well past the choke limit of a T3/T4 unit quickly.
