Stock ECU or Holley?
Who tuned it?
Power tuning NA vs turbo starts off the same but then the timing starts getting ramped out as the boost increases. Might be a good idea to take a look at your tune. Thinking out loud, A h/c tune we might go 26-28 timing at WOT and a turbo tune should start decently in the 20s and dial back pretty quick... at 9 psi you might be in the mid upper teens. At 20 psi (on E85) we started out with 13 timing cuz SBE and I have 15 in there now. But the timing curve starts a lot higher.

On The Tree
Holley software, tuned by me. Runs real nice. This is my base table 6.0L 10.5:1 CR forged internal for 93oct gasoline. I think this is real safe.
Timing is verified to be within a degree to my eyes with a light and pointer.
Currently Just under 170kpa = 9ish psi boost.
This is my ethanol ignition modifier table. More E content=more timing. Also relative to manifold pressure. I did just bump this up a degree.
The timing doesnt really come in until a few psi of boost.
