Default Aster bracket parts needed

So I melted a bearing on the lower idler and need an idler and bearings. Standoff and billet spacer. I've sent an email but haven't heard back. I bought parts in 21 from aster but I'm getting worried. And I don't know if the email I have is still good for him.

let me guess, it’s the thick lower pulley that’s black? I misplaced mine about a year ago and went down the rabbit hole of trying to get it replaced. They no longer make the aster brackets and now use the updated pro charger bracket. Bob is good people and gave me the guys email who used to make the aster brackets and they don’t have anything left from production. I ended up finding it in a drawer a month later lol.

I found parts and still have the bracket for $600 if you want it. Hopefully you can find a solution but if not mine is sitting here.

It's the lower 1.75 inch billet one. I'm hoping I can get him to see an email or sell or give me the cad files. I really don't want to bring these old parts to a machine shop to reverse engineer them.

And I'm not spending 1400 bucks to go to the procharger bracket. Ugh. Gotta find the parts. Hopefully the guy emails me back.

I would not count on an email back. I was in same situation... I emailed him, texted/called him and fb messaged him.

ZERO responses.

Bob is pretty good about responding, and even gave me the number of the guy who designed the bracket.

Man you just got lucky as hell here you go:

Unfortunately I don't have any of those pulleys, Chris Oldenhouse had a machine shop make them. Below is his phone number. Thanks. Bob

Thank you for the info. I really don't want to have to reverse engineer these or have a shop do it.

I have destroyed those bearings a couple of times now. Are you looking for just the standoff ? or more than that ?

The pulley survives each time I do it, so its just replacing the bearings for me. I have the new HD bracket sitting on the workbench waiting to go in

I need the standoff. The bearings look like the ruined the idler and the little piece that goes to the idler is ruined too. I have a picture. Let's see if I can upload it

And yeah I saw the thread. I did screen shot one spot where he goes over idler size. It feels more and more like I'll have to have this stuff copied
