If you end up over 20lbs. which I don't see why you wouldn't, you might not see the number but it'll be making it.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly hope you do, I just wasn't willing to chase mine and stopped with low timing and a fat AFR for a hopefully longer life lol.
You might want to select a dyno friendly tire if possible if its a chassis dyno, I had always been warned about using a bias ply slick on the dyno and been told a drag radial was best.
Oh I'm sure the Haltech system supports that as well. I'll be running Mickey Thompson drag radials. I run the same tires everywhere on the street and they hook nice with plain ol' street tires they just spin and burn right off. I've been touching 22 lbs of boost just running around the streets doing my thing with the tuning but if the tuner can hit decent power at lower boost then I'm all for it.

The car is getting dropped off Monday and they'll keep it overnight so they can do all the cold start stuff to it

Very cool, that was the thing I really liked most about what the tuner did was fix cold idle running.
I used to have to wait a bit for it to warm up before I could move but now, even stone cold I can drop it in gear and move it around, so much nicer!
I think you're going to be very surprised, mine lights off so incredibly hard now and with only 14 degrees in it which I'm sure there's room for more.
It blows through second gear lighting up the tires so quickly that I just immediately go to third and they just boil.
I really wanted to get some hits on it, but the weather has turned, and the streets are cold now so it would just be a wasted effort.

Good luck, should make some nice numbers.

Is the tuner thinking to lock the converter or no, it being a single disc?

Thanks. I'm thinking no because yes it's just a single disc. But this will give a better idea of what to do going forward. Is it weird to have both a case of anxiety and excitement??

Okay perfect! I'm still waiting on my pail of M1 tho. The place I got it from said it was 2 day wait and here we are passing the 1 week mark. So if it's not in by tomorrow I guess I'm running a water meth mix. Sucks but it is what it is

Make a quick trip down to Tacoma, Turbo Technology has M1 pails in stock.

Dyno day is cancelled. Not exactly sure what happened here. I've barely got 800 miles on this thing and it's been flawless the entire time. Took the car out and went to do a pull on the highway and this chit happened. Spins freely. Using the same oil lines I had with my old turbo that had no issues. Bummer I didn't have that on my bingo card today

Took the turbo off and found out what caused the issue. The snap ring behind the compressor wheel decided to leave the party. The Good News after going back and forth with BSI is that they immediately said this was their fault and they'll take care of it all. Gonna ship it back on Monday and they'll get it back in my hands ASAP. This their first warranty fix of 2025

Bad luck there . Any metal in your piping and intercooler? Hopefully didn't make it past the throttle body

There was some metal caught in the oil in the piping going into the intercooler but not a whole lot going past the intercooler. I cleaned everything out as best I could. I'll probably give the IC another blast tomorrow. I'm certain there was some aluminum dust that got thru the motor tho. Engine seems to be running just fine tho

I'm happy that they're standing behind their product and immediately said this was their **** up and will make it right

Definitely good that they are standing behind their product . If it were me I think I'd pull the intake and clean that out as good as I could, maybe over some clean rags to be able to see what comes out ? And wipe out the intake ports with clean rags to see what comes out . Not a lot of effort but if a little piece of aluminum holds a valve off the seat things will go bad , let alone scratching up the cylinders and pistons.

Pull the plugs and look for alum melted on them.
Best find every possible problem before letting the turbo guys off with just a rebuilt turbo.

Already pulled the intake and plugs and they were both spotless. There was some major dumb luck involved here
