Hey guys help me out with this, I just started logging my meth pump pressure and curious to know why it seems so low? The system is an AEM with a progressive controller with a snow performance 300 psi pump controller is set to start at 8 psi and all in by 22 psi, I use dual M15 nozzles. I know it's probably stupid and there's something I'm just overlooking but why at full tilt is it only reaching 125 psi?? The car is running awesome and doesn't miss a beat but I would've thought I'd see a more linear line on pressure instead of whatever TF that is. Thanks for the insight guys and happy easter!! That ziggy zaggy blue line is pump pressure. It just seems weird to me.
Thats normal. Two things going on here. 1st 2 15 nozzles you'll never hit that much psi and i don't see you logging voltage which is even more important. If you have 20v going to the pump motor i bet you'll be closer to 200psi. You probably at the low end of the voltage and that's why your seeing 120psi which is nothing wrong with that. As long it was tuned with that psi and it didnt just start to lose psi after the tune then you well run into lean condition. I run 2 20gph at 24v and im at 225psi. Yes i run the motor pass its max volts but it only run for a short burst that's why it lives. I have progressive also but turns on at 10psi max boost i run 32psi.

I'd say normal as well, Julio at AC said my pump pressure should be around 130-150 psi but could be lower or higher depending on my setup.
I also noticed that the pump pulses and again Julio confirmed the pump is PWM controlled so I'd bet your is too.
I installed a pressure transducer in mine as well so once I get it up and running, I'll get a log for you.

I just plotted this really quick so here is a screenshot of an Alkycontrol pump with a single M15 nozzle, with two M15 nozzles pressures are going to be a bit lower. Now I'm also controlling it with a Motec and this is when it's full blast and not at a lower PWM percentage.

Too much nozzle for that pump and the 300psi pump really puts out like 200-220psi. You can adjust them to crank them up but it wears the pump out faster.
