new setup and new tune coming
I have a 98 C5 vette with non-IC magnuson and I am getting the 21st century muscle car blower cam and a smaller pulley (from 3.5 to 3.3).
I was going to autotap this thing after my installer tunes it.
Can anyone give me some idea what they think the proper parameters and ranges should be? IE, OK values.
Some things I have info on and would love your thoughts:
(all WOT readings)
Knock Retard = 0, shouldn't go above 0
Timing Advance, range 10 (lower may be detonation range) up to 17 (higher and lose power)
O2's - around .920
What else should I monitor to insure I have
a) A safe tune
b) Maximizing my potential.
