BOV will flutter if the flow through it is higher then it can confortably flow.
Somehow with my new setup I can hear the BOV AND the compressor flutter during blow offs.... being that one is on the drivers side and one on the passanger's side, its cool to hear the sound in stereo

It has an electronic boost controller, which will do that to most BOV/wastegates whatever. Mine didn't do that when I ran it off the wastegate, now it does with a HKS EBC.
