Question turbo fuel system help

well i got some awsome feed back on what turb system to got with. now before i buy the kit i have to do the fuel system.

i was going to go with a walboro 255 lph intank pump, 50 or 60lbs injectors.

my question is do i need to get a regulator and run a return line or can i just use my hp tuners to mess with the pressure? and will this set up be sufficiant?

Instead of the Walbro, you should consider the Racetronix PnP setup.

im pretty sure that racetronix uses a walbro pump. i have the racetronix setup and so far its only PNP for a 98 car. I seen a few threads about making them PNP for later years but dont know the result.

ss01layinwheel - before we can accurately answer your question. need to know

engine size
boost levels

if you are going stock motor with 5psi...i would suggest a single walbro and 60#injectors.

with a forged bottom end...i would suggest same injectors and dual intanks.

I don't think you can beat this system at the price and the insurance it gives you. Just my opinion though.

As of right now, I do not believe you can purchase the pump seperate from the harness. But you can just buy a harness by itself, go figure.
Check out Thunder Racing, they should be shipping any day now.
The harness makes things a lot easier. Just unplug the stock wires, pull your stock pump, put your new pump in, plug in the new harness and voila!!!.
