Tranny is in
This is what I expect to be a step up the ladder. I expect to put a 4l80 in it but Im looking for an empty case to test fit it. The downpipes (one of them at least) has to be removed to take out the tranny as it it is..its close.
This is a "Franklin" built 4l60...pretty much a max built unit without going "all out" with titanium shafts etc. I honestly dont have faith any 4l60 will get me down the 1320...but thats 'cause Im a pestamist.
My real hopes are that this thing just runs right... I couldnt drive it today as it rained and rained and rained...supposed to end tomorrow...Its comeing your way Noyz.
Kurt, I know it will be a blast... I fell back in love with it tonight...actually sat in the car more than 3 minutes for the first time since last October. You know all I want is my version of a watered down time machine, this isnt a 1/4 mile car.
