An easy way to prevent a lean condition??
I’m pretty sure that after market systems will lower the boost levels if a lean condition would occur, but would it be possible to use a hobbs switch (similar to the ones used on nitrous systems) that would provide power to my electronic boost controller. That way if my fuel pressure dropped below a certain level my EBC would cut off, that would drop my boost from 12-13 psi to 3psi??? That seems like a cheap way to add another safety feature.
What do y’all think??
Thanks,
Dave
