Have a Whipple problem on my Silverado Got it on , but only showing 3.5lbs of boost. I ditched the whipple computer and had a Westers tune done for it. The only thing not hooked up is the Active Boost Solenoid which has no where to plug in without the whipple computer. Is there anything I need to do there? Or how do I completely disable that? I also had a tune done for 8lbs of boost, but I never had a chance to get that pulley so I'm still running the stock one on it now. Could that be the problem? Also no check engine light either. The only other mods are Doug Thorley Tri-Y headers, Flowmaster exhaust, Taylor Thundervolt wires, 42lb injectors, Westers Whipple tune. Seems to pull alot harder but that stupid G-Tech thing says that I'm running 16.08 in the 1/4 versus the 16.22 that I normally run. Seems fishy and I'm wondering whats going on.
I had (have) the same problem on our SS Silverado with a 408. With the stock pulley I was only seeing 3lbs of boost and now with the smallest pulley I am only seeing 5lbs. Not sure what is causing this problem as of yet. Post if you find anything that leads you to more boost.

I got it figured out. The vacuum line that is toward the top of the bypass pulls air into the charger. The lower line pulls out of the charger. You need to unhook the upper vacuum line and plug it on the supercharger side. The other end of it goes to a little diaphram inbetween the charger and that bypass hose. I did that and am now seeing a full 6lbs of boost. If you need I can take a pic to show you better.
