take a single vaccum source form the intake manifold and split it into two. One for the BOV and another for the WG (side port, leave teh bottom port open to the atmosphere). Plug the fitting on the turbo if you have one. See what that does.

putting it at the intake vs the turbo discharge will allow for even more boost if the w/g is wacked. the safest route would be straight off the turbo before the intercooler or throttlebody..doncha think?

are you sure, ive been told by alot of people that you want a dedicated vacuum line from source to wastegate.

if its wacked it wont make a difference, but a reading straight off the turbo will probably yield less booost in the case that it works. Ive done it both ways.

if you can dedicate the signal for the wastegate then it go ahead and do that, but Ive never had trouble sharing it either.

I'm confused, in your first post u said you hit the wg with a hammer and it then fliudly moved. Then after being asked if u called Qmp, u responded that they reccomended that u try to free the wg by hitting it with a hammer, then said that it didnt not work? Which one is it?

I believe what he is saying.

1st he notice the WG was stuck, hit it with a hammer. this didnt fix the problem.
2nd he called QMP for their expertise, they recommended hitting it with a hammer.

he already did that in step 1 and it didnt fix the problem.
