Nice, 6psi on a quick lil freeway run isn't that bad. Can't wait to see what she puts out for a nice 1/4mi WOT blast.

But 6psi was at WOT? How long did you have it floored? Is the BOV opening up under boost? I would think you would see more than that? Where is you tensioner set at?

I let the car shift from 2-3 and it went to 5-6 psi but i wasnt to redline or anywhere near it i think because i was watching the boost gauge..... ill do more testing this week....... the tensioner is the same as before.... 20+....never reset it.... i will when the other pulley goes on.... I nee to decide what size.... 3.4 from ATI, the 3.3" from RR and the 3.2" from RR..
what ya think.

Cool, keep me post on the testing....you have to be making more boost than that.
I say go for the 3.2
I'm really looking at that one, who cares if I'm going to overspinning it, it's only for a split second right? The 3.2 is calling you, but don't get the RR as 8sec said that he replaces belts often with one of those....a lesson from the cogs....belt costs add up quickly lol.

Did you notice a differance with the additional filter? I am running this dinky little unit that came with the base STS kit and I have a 9" K&N on the way in hopes that it will help.

I like the new look too, Gotta love the airfilter peaking out like that. Good idea on the small filter I think I will do the same got a PN for it. I know you posted it awhile back.
Nice I see you kept the plate cover too Can you mount your plate to that lip that was left over from cutting out the hole? I know someone was needing to keep the plate on some how and that looks to be the way to doing it. Might have to make some clips for the plate but it looks like it will work, then be able to pop the plate off for track use.

Jer,

I believe the part number for the little filter is RU-1030.... im at work right now and ill look when i get home to be %100 sure.
I have another pic that shows i kept the 3 tabs above also to keep the front plate cover on when i want to. You cant see the tabs when loo it normal..... you have to bend down..... ill post a pic of that this evening after work.
