Default Boost gauge, mechanical or electrical?

Just wondering if there are any pros or cons to either style guage. Gonna install one or the other soon, just curiouse if one is more reliable and easier to install than the other. Also curious as to where a good place is to tap in a vacuum source for the gauge? Thanks

I would go mechanical. Accurate and very simple to hook up. Just tap into your break booster line

I prefer the electric. It's much easier to read while your trying to watch the road, tach, shift at red line and see how much boost your making. A quick glance will tell you instead of trying to focus in on the little lines. Either one will work though
