Beautiful, Love how you kept the foam and Thanks for the props. Now I know how to cut my foam and get some of it back in the car as we both have the same parts of the bumper support left....I just didn't know what to cut the foam with lol. The Sawzall saws all Oh yeah the chop saw..that made my FMIC install a breeze especially with cutting the IC pipes.

Here is the link to the Mandrel bent 3 inch SS pipes that me and kyle used
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33633
it says there is one left...but maybe you can email them and ask for 3....as that will the be the minimum to do the pipes......I bought two and had to buy some extra bends

Thanks for posting up how you cut the foam....that will be todays project.
J

PSJ, I have not been to the track since last october and it looks like I won't be able to get the car out to the strip until next year.
It's all slowly coming together though.

Ok, Fog lights are installed. I like it a whole lot better with them in. I basically "minimized" the brackets so they would fit inside the fog light opening.
I'm pretty happy with how it looks now.

thanks for compliments.

Just FYI, the pics of the brackets are comparing stock vs modded if I did not make that clear.
One hole is punched through the fog light tunnel in the front clip to mount the assembly. I don't have a tight right angle drill so I just heated a stubby phillips screw driver with a torch and melted a clean hole through the plastic.
Had to also cut the top of the bracket where the captured nut was for the aiming screw to be able to fit it nice inside the tunnel. So I just tacked on a small nut to replace it. But you could also just slot the bracket after cutting it and reuse the factory nut.

ooh ooh ooh... looks NICE! I wanted to do the same thing with the grill you have... but I didn't know if it attached to the front bumper using the holes you didn't cut out on yours or not.

Have any pics of the cooler without the bumper?

Thanks

Looks awesome, I knew you would get the fog lights back in there...just takes a lil thinking. But man it came out nice! Great work and no prob on the link. We LS1 guys can get a deal or two on parts once in a while....damn sponsors and suppliers trying to stick us with high priced parts all the time
